Decatur Gymnastics' Beginner Gymnastics program is perfect for girls ages 5 and up who are new to gymnastics or looking to build a strong foundation. This class focuses on developing basic gymnastics skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. In a fun and supportive environment, athletes will learn the fundamentals while boosting their confidence and improving their physical fitness. Our goal is to help each gymnast progress at their own pace, all while having a great time and fostering a love for the sport!
