About the event
Decatur Gymnastics offers a Beginner Tumbling class for students ages 5 and up, typically designed for those new to tumbling. Athletes will develop foundational acrobatic skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. In a safe and supportive environment, we focus on building strength, flexibility, and proper technique, allowing each student to progress at their own pace.
