Girls Intermediate

Decatur Gymnastics’ Intermediate Gymnastics program is an invite-only class designed for athletes who have mastered the basic skills and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced techniques. In this class, gymnasts will work on improving their form, technique, and strength while learning new, more complex skills across all apparatus. With a focus on refinement and progression, athletes will build upon their previous knowledge and develop the confidence needed to take their gymnastics abilities to the next level.
